  • HOW DO THE FEES WORK?
    Fees depend on which service you require. For management services, fees are charged monthly, to cover ongoing costs. We use fixed fees for our set-up services.
  • ARE MY DETAILS SECURE?
    Your security is our priority. We’re data protection compliant and ICO registered. We’re happy to sign an NDA when necessary.
  • ARE ALL THE PROPERTY MANAGERS UK BASED?
    We don’t outsource any of our work - our team is UK-based.
  • DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME?
    We want to give our clients freedom. That’s why all our management services operate on a 30-day rolling basis.
