HOW DO THE FEES WORK?

Fees depend on which service you require. For management services, fees are charged
monthly, to cover ongoing costs. We use fixed fees for our set-up services.

ARE MY DETAILS SECURE?

Your security is our priority. We’re data protection compliant and ICO registered. We’re happy to sign an NDA when necessary.

ARE ALL THE PROPERTY MANAGERS UK BASED?

We don’t outsource any of our work - our team is UK-based.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME?

We want to give our clients freedom. That’s why all our management services operate on a 30-day rolling basis.
